We're tying the knot, finally. We've been talking about going to the next level for the last few months, and I didn't really think we'll actually go ahead, but we did :) Date is tentatively set on 1st December 2013.
Everything is still in discussion (his aunts haven't decided on which date to meet my father but it's probably sometime in May). We're going to nikah terus and skip the tunang.
That's the promise ring I'll be getting :) It's a Swarvoski ring, doesn't cost a bomb, and I love it. (Haters can go trouble yourselves see how much it is on the official site)
Ayah hinted at us that he wants a dinner reception (which we're both agreeable to) but Farley's aunts wants to do away with it. We're both thinking of having a two-day event but considering that we both don't have much relatives, it might be more feasible to hold it just for a day and use the remaining intended money for our honeymoon.
That's the wedding bands from Love&Co that I'm eyeing but then again.. still too early to get them! Probably going to look around and compare with other shops too hehe.
That aside, we're also getting a new house! Resale probably, because we want to be nearer to Mama and Ayah so yeah, I'm moving back to the East =D I can't wait! Oh, I also resigned hehe so I'm counting the days left in the school.
So, so many things  to look forward too now and life couldn't be any happier.
We're getting a new house which means, there's renovations to oversee and new furnitures and all. Then there's the wedding coming up, which my father has given us full freedom to organise our own wedding. But of course, I can't handle this alone, probably going to bother my parents a lot with questions.
Live is good =) Sometimes I wish it'd be better without all the hate but when I think about it, life's too short for me to go around hating. Sometimes I think it'd be better if we kiss and make up, well not literally but you know what I mean right? But... I guess we all need a little drama in our lives.  |
