I've been ignoring this space for way, way too long. I've been updating our wedding blog instead but even so, the last update for it was at least a month ago hehe!

Just a quick update this time to what we've been up to because I know it hurts you people so bad if we're doing well.

1) We've just confirmed & bought our first new home! It'd be ready only in Dec 2014, so yeah, we're impatiently waiting for the day to come. In case you're wondering, it's a 4 bedroom unit at Belvia (DBSS) & both of us fell in love with it although admittedly, the unit is pretty small (87 sqm - comparable to my mum's unit & a hell lot smaller than my dad's 4 bedroom unit in Hougang) but it'd suffice for the 3 of us I guess. We'll even have a home office and we're turning the storeroom into a walk in closet for bags and shoes!


I think what sold us was probably the fact we'd have a balcony in both the master bedroom and the living room! We bought our unit pretty late (because we thought the showflat was meant for an EC but his aunt told us it was a DBSS so we decided to check it out) but by then, most unit were sold out so we got the ground unit facing the kids' playground :) Mega happy about it! Also love the corridor leading to the master bedroom from the living room! Means family portraits - Kardashian style of cos!

I am quite worried about security wise though because it's on the ground floor but I heard the our future neighbours are all petitioning for a security access so fingers cross!

2) We've also confirmed lots of wedding vendors! Our deco, bridal, catering and also photography & videography! Excited cos I did tons of research cos I didn't want a shabby in-house nikah only (nor do I want a huge one) and I went crazy searching for the best deals and all. Insyallah, everything will fall nicely into place on the actual day :) We're also quite decided on the venue - which I must add, was not all expensive but yet perfect for the both of us. We do, have to charter a bus for relatives to come tho hehe!


3) We're celebrating Farley's birthday in a couple of days and it's my 2nd time spending it together with him. Birthday boy decided to Red Bull Flugtag held at Sentosa. It's a boy thing, with people building giant cars just to only crash it into the sea in front of thousands of people... Well as long as he's happy lah :)

Oh yeha, I've finally changed the hideous pink template I had for so, so long. I think this suits me a hell lot more :) So Sayang, please don't meddle with my Blogger anymore :(
