Lies..

How do you really judge if someone's lying? How do you really tell if someone's cheating on you? How do you know if you're handling the truth? Fact is, anyone can lie esp if they have no guilt conscious. I have tons of work to do, not to mention this god damn meeting I'm having right now as I'm typing this but yet, all I have in mind is why, why why why do people lie?

Truth hurts? Won't hiding out the truth be harsher than being told the truth? And not knowing about the truth simply means the other party won't get hurt? Or what about lying to that one person you love most despite knowing that she/he knows that you're lying?

Our lives just seem to revolve around that. Big or small lies, white or hurtful ones. Lies are just lies. It gets you nowhere eventually and you'll eventually end up distancing yourself with everyone you've lied to. It's just too much work.

Oh well, no more brooding over boring topics about Lies. I guessed we're all pretty much familiar in that area anyways. I've recently received something, although I am still skeptical about it. IF it does happen, I'll be one hell of the happiest girl. But... it doesn't seem that way anymore and I'm just too tired right now.
